Eremias lineolata
(NIKOLSKY, 1896)
Widespread (but few localities documented) in sandy desert/semi-desert from the Aral Sea south to S Surkhandarya; absent from E. Recorded around the southern Aral coast and through the Amu Darya deltaic plain of Karakalpakstan. In the N Kyzylkum, recorded from around Uchkuduk city, Navoi and east of Uchkuduk. Widespread in the C-S Kyzylkum where common throughout much of C-N Bukhara, also between Zarafshan city and Lake Aydarkul, SE Navoi. Unreported from the Sundukli Sands within Uzbekistan but documented in adjacent Turkmenistan. In S, occurs in S Surkhandarya.
